Recipe for 2-3 people Sweat a small, finely diced onion in 3 tablespoons of olive oil. 200g Reyhani risotto rice and sauté until glassy.

Deglaze with 250 ml vegetable stock and let it boil down. Gradually add 750 ml of soup, stirring constantly.
